Mark Patton is President of Hydrozonix. Mark earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1985. Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the development, design, implementation and operation of treatment technologies both nationally and internationally. Mark’s oil and gas experience includes treatment systems for waters, wastewaters, drilling muds, tank bottoms and process residuals. Mark holds 7 produced water patents with three additional patents pending. Mark has worked for Hydrozonix for 10 years and directed the restructuring of Hydrozonix in 2017 to develop new technologies specifically for the oil and gas industry. Mark is also a columnist for World Oil magazine where he writes a column on Oilfield Water Management and ESG. As well as a member of the international organization, Water Positive Think Tank
