Speaker Bio

Mr. Morales is Sr. Account Manager for Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company based in Calgary, AB, Canada. He has over 28 years of experience across various industries, including Oil Refinery, Upstream Oil Extraction, and Power Generation. Ivan has worked in four countries and knows the water business market and oil and gas industry within Canada, the United States of America, Mexico, and Venezuela. He continues to serve on the Executive Committee Leadership Team with the International Water Conference, USA. He also serves on the Produced Water Society Board of Directors, where he serves as a Secretary of the Board.
Mr. Morales holds a BSc in Materials Engineering from the Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Calgary in Canada.
