Solaris Midstream has added source water capacity and infrastructure by buying Vision Resources based in New Mexico. The acquisition helps Solaris close the water cycle in Eddy County in their Pecos Star system, which is in Phase 1 of its build-out of produced water pipelines and disposal wells.

In an unusual transformation, Xedia Process Solutions sold itself to Blackbuck Resources, to go from a media and equipment supplier to a midstream company. Cresta Energy is backing the new venture.

WaterBridge Resources has announced a $200 million line of revolving credit. The money will be used for growth and sustenance. The closing of the credit coincides with their fifth acquisition, two of which were Arkoma Water Resources and EnWater.

H2O Midstream says they are the first to provide a “truckless” water hub in Howard County, Texas. The core of the hub is one million barrels of storage connected to 10 disposal wells by 130 miles of pipeline.
