Q. How do I join the Produced Water Society?

A. Please complete the Membership Form and mail it in with your $50.00 membership fee to Colin Tyrie.

FAQProfessional Development - come and learn the latest in Produced Water innovations, regulations, and business opportunities at our annual meeting. Papers are presented by industry leaders from all over the world.

Networking - The PWS Conference gives our members an opportunity to network with new suppliers, new business partners and a forum to share ideas and knowledge with other industry professionals. Need to find the best practitioner, a consultant or equipment provider? Chances are you meet them in person at the next PWS event.

The PWS Newsletter - keep up to date on what’s happening in the industry by visiting our web site and reading our newsletter.

The PWS Resource Library - For over 15 years the PWS has been the premier forum for delivering information on everything from new technology to government rules and regulations. As a member, you can purchase any of the white papers given at a member's discount.

Q. How do I present a paper at the seminar?

A. The seminar is held in Houston every January and abstracts can be emailed or mailed to Colin Tyrie at any time during the year. The successful authors are notified on the 1st November each year proceeding the next January seminar.

Q. How do I acquire past papers?

A. The society is aiming to have all the papers for the past 15 years available in electronic form. At this time however one can check the papers for each year in the achieves and purchase the single papers or the full years papers. There is a special price for the full fifteen years and all prices are quoted elsewhere in the web page.

FAQ Q. How do I become more involved in the PWS?

A. There are a number of ways you can volunteer to help. In addition to giving a paper our next conference, we need help in the following areas: Membership Recruitment, Publicity, Event Coordination and Administrative Activities. Please see Colin Tyrie or any of our Board members if you would like to help out.
